The Conergy PowerPlus modules provide exceptionally high energy yields combined with long-term durability and reliability. The modules are built in Conergy's own highly advanced, fully automated and vertically integrated manufacturing facility. This unique, self-contained facility does everything from processing silicon ingots into wafers to final module assembly and framing using high-strength frames designed and produced by Conergy. Conergy continuously measures, monitors and controls quality to consistently high levels at every step of the process. The result is a photovoltaic module with exceptional yield, efficiency and durability. PowerPlus advantages:

• Three busbar cell design – reduces internal stress in the cell as well as reducing current in the cell connectors for enhanced durability and life-cycle. The three busbar design also contributes to the high effciency of the Conergy cell design.
• Frame and glass – the proprietary Conergy frame design combined with Conergy's structured solar glass give the PowerPlus its high mechanical strength and static load resistance (5400Pa/113psf). The PowerPlus can withstand the most extreme environmental conditions. The PowerPlus frame/glass combination is so strong, the PowerPlus is approved for short-side mounting.
• Junction box – All junction box connections are soldered, not crimped, screwed or lugged for maximum safety, security and electrical performance. The unique PowerPlus design decouples the junction box from the back of the module for maximum module performance and also provides a unique cooling slot to more effectively dissipate diode heat.
• Highest warranted power – Conergy's power warranty guarantees the PowerPlus will produce at least 92% of its rated power for 12 years – the highest in the industry – assuring maximum system yield. Conergy's 5+5 module warranty allows extension of the basic warranty for up to 10 years, for even greater confdence and security. 
• Positive Power Tolerance – -0/+2.5% power tolerance assures predictable, reliable yield.
• Low-light performance – The PowerPlus module has exceptional low-light performance.* The effciency of the PowerPlus module is actually higher in the range of 200W/m² - 900W/m² irradiation than at standard test conditions resulting in signifcantly improved yield in real-world light conditions.
• Black frame - The black framed PowerPlus modules combine elegant aesthetics with robust design and performance and
  have proved themselves in both large and small installations around the world.

• Conergy's advanced module manufacturing processes are fully certifed to ISO 9001 product quality standards and ISO 14001 for environmental management standards.
• The PowerPlus Series modules are certifed to IEC/EN 61215 ed.2 standards for module quality, durability and reliability, to IEC/EN 61730 standards for electrical and mechanical safety and fully certifed to UL 1703 standards.
• For even greater assurance of their reliability, the PowerPlus modules have been tested and certifed in compliance with optional IEC 61701 standards for salt and mist corrosion.
